At Fashinew, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- With all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Important: Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Address
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions for returning your item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at rihangour258036@gmail.com with clear photos or videos of the issue.
After verification, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personal care products
- Perishable goods

Exchanges
If you would like a different size, color, or product, please request a return first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders may already be in processing or shipment and cannot be cancelled.
Return Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders.
If a customer chooses to return an eligible product for personal reasons (such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or no longer wanting the item), a ₹100 return shipping fee will be charged and may be deducted from the refund amount.
No return shipping fee will be charged for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered by Fashinew.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days of receipt for any reason and without justification, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes proof of purchase.
